Spring is in the air and so is wedding season. Whether your a wedding planner, in the wedding party or even a guest, you often want to make the day unique and special for the happy couple.  Having the EasyPress 2 and the EasyPress Tote definitely makes things a lot easier, especially if you need to bring them along with you to help personalize things on the wedding day.  Whether it’s adding custom logo or design to the wedding favor bags or fun shirts for the bachelor/bachelorette party, you can easily apply them wherever you go. Also, having the EasyPress tote means you know you can carry your EasyPress securely and safely.

Usually I like to give a wedding gift of cash but I also like to include something a little more personal.  Something that the couple can use in the future to remember their special day.  Having monogrammed napkins is something the couple can always use and it’s a reminder of that special day.

Step 1

Using Cricut Design Space, using a font of your choice, I created a monogram of the recipients last name initial using the Circut Alphabet – Curl for the font and the Scroll Flourish to add a little flair to the design.

Step 2

Using your Cricut Maker, cut out the design on the corresponding vinyl.  Two very important things to remember.  1.  Put the shiny side down of the vinyl on to your mat when cutting and 2. Be sure to click on “Mirror Image” so that the lettering will cut out properly.  These were 2 things I neglected to pay attention to and ended up having to recut my designs.

Step 3

Once your design has been cut and weeded, set the temperature and time on your Cricut Easy Press according to the type of material and vinyl you are using.  You can use the Easy Press Interactive Quick Guide to confirm these items for you.  Once confirmed apply the monogram to your napkins.

Step 4

Repeat on each of the napkins.  Once complete you can tie them up with decorative ribbon, add the gift card and you are ready to go.
